  3. It's 2 of large eggs.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of almond flour.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of whole wheat white flour.
  6. It's 2 teaspoons of chili powder.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of paprika.
  9. You need of Olive Oil or Avacado oil spray.
  10. You need of Sauce.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
  12. Prepare 2 tablespoons of butter.
  13. You need 1 of lemon.

Boneless Buffalo Wings step by step

  1. Dice chicken into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Beat eggs in small bowl.
  3. Mix flour, chili powder, pepper & paprika in bowl.
  4. Bread the chicken by dipping in eggs, then rolling in flour mixture.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil/avacado oil spray and add breaded chicken pieces, spraying again after adding.
  6. Cook in air fryer for 9 minutes at 370 degrees, shaking/stirring halfway through (if needed).
  7. Combine all sauce ingredients in small sauce pan on low heat.
  8. When chicken is done add to large bowl and toss with sauce.
