- It's 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast.
- It's 2 of large eggs.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of almond flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of whole wheat white flour.

- You need 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- It's 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- You need of Olive Oil or Avacado oil spray.
- You need of Sauce.
- You need 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of butter.
- You need 1 of lemon.

- Dice chicken into 1 inch pieces.
- Beat eggs in small bowl.
- Mix flour, chili powder, pepper & paprika in bowl.
- Bread the chicken by dipping in eggs, then rolling in flour mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil/avacado oil spray and add breaded chicken pieces, spraying again after adding.
- Cook in air fryer for 9 minutes at 370 degrees, shaking/stirring halfway through (if needed).
